Westbury Antiques was founded more than thirty years ago at Burke Road Hawthorn and is presently celebrating twenty-five years of membership of the Antique Dealers Association. Seven years ago the business and domicile was relocated to Avoca Victoria which is situated in a very picturesque wine growing area 180 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. The emphasis here is on 18th Century British country furniture and decorative items which hold great appeal to the present and recently arrived inhabitants of regional Australia. The name Westbury is taken from the owners' ancestral links to Westbury in Wiltshire UK.
