To help with generating and editing content, we have included a text editor - CKEditor on the site. There are a few editors available these days, CKEditor has proven to be the most usable and consistent of these.
A full user manual for CKEditor is available at:

The main thing to be aware of with editors of this kind is that they are never 100% and HTML is a tricky beast on occasions. A couple of hints that we've found useful.
The Editor has an option at the top labelled Source. This displays the full entry you are working on in the HTML source. It's not a pretty sight when you first see it, but it can sometimes be useful.
HTML tags are old-fashioned <attribute on>...</attribute off> settings - for example to bold a word in HTML it would look like <b>This is my word</b> and now the bold is turned off.
Infrequently you might find that you need to turn on the source of an entry and manually remove the tags that are causing problems. Often this is things like <p></p> (for new paragraph that can spread text out too far) or <br> </br> line breaks - which can do the same thing.
► If you are planning on cutting and pasting Microsoft Word text into the editor you will have problems. Guaranteed. Word imports dozens of non-web compatible or standard formatting tags and they are quite a problem to remove and process.
There are Paste options at the top of the editor - in the second block from the right at the top (hover over the icon with your mouse pointer and you'll see the names displayed). Using one of those allows you to paste in text from Word or as Plain Text.
Sometimes if you use the paste text in from Word, you may still encounter problems as there are always oddities in Word that we can't predict. If that happens you may be best to use the Plain Text option.
Regardless of how you import the text, you may have to go back and apply italics, bold, special formatting (such as headers and so on) - you'll find options in the editor to do all of those.
We will arrange delivery of any item.
We would be pleased to see you, send an email or give us a phone call.
